Hamilton County Area Neighborhood Development (HAND)
Hamilton County Area Neighborhood Development's (HAND, Inc.) mission is to create and promote affordable and quality housing and to educate the community about housing needs. HAND, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is tax exempt under federal law. HAND, Inc. was created by a collective of Hamilton County community members concerned about addressing the local housing need. HAND Inc.’s goal is to address the housing needs of low and moderate income workforce members, families and senior citizens in Hamilton County. HAND, Inc. does this by providing affordable housing options through the development of rental properties and assisting residents in obtaining homeownership.
