Open Door Community Services
Open Door Community Services serves the homeless in Muncie, Indiana. We are the only agency in our region that accepts single men and women with children and intact families. We are a two year transitional housing program that helps with education, employment and housing.
Our goal is to help families become self-sufficient and live in permanent housing. We have the Shepherd Center which is community living, they each have their own family bedroom but share the rest of the house, also we have Graystone Independent Transistional Housing which are 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
