Genesis Outreach
Genesis Outreach, Inc. is a community housing development organization located in the inner-city of Fort Wayne that is dedicated to the preservation and reunification of the family structure, with specific emphasis directed to those who are struggling with the dynamics of homelessness, chemical dependencies, poverty, violence, and abuse. Since 1988, Genesis Outreach has positively impacted the community by offering supportive housing services to individuals and families who are homeless, at-risk of becoming homeless, and most in need. Clients of Genesis Outreach receive services inclusive of, but not limited to: affordable transitional and single-family rental housing, case management, drug and alcohol awareness, addiction support groups, literacy, workforce development, health and mental wellness, and relapse prevention for up to twenty-four months, with goals of self-sufficiency, permanent housing, maintenance of long-term sobriety, and family reunification. genesisoutreach@aol.com
