Pathfinders Services, Inc.'s Transitional Housing program began in 1992 to serve families who are homeless by assisting them to achieve self-sufficiency and permanent housing. The Pathfinder Transitional Housing program provides services such as: budgeting, employmen assistance, housing and life skills training for up to two years. Pathfinder Services, Inc. primarily serves adults with disabilities through Supported Living, Group Home Living, and Community Intergration, and emplys adults with disabilities in their Manufacturing and Recycling Refuse Divisions. Pathfinder's provides affordable housing through Community Connections, and childcare through Kids Kampus. Pathfinder Services, Inc. began in Huntington Counth in 1966, and currently serves over 1,900 people in Northeast Indiana.
