Centerstone

Centerstone is a nonprofit community mental health center. Persons with serious mental illness and/or drug and alcohol addictions are often homeless or at-risk. Centerstone serves homeless persons who struggle with mental health issues. These programs include the PATH homeless outreach program, 10-bed Transitional Care Facility for respite care/crisis stabilization, 14-bed Recovery House residence for those in drug & alcohol recovery, 10-bed Hoosier House Transitional housing, 12-unit Grant Street Single Room Occupancy housing, and 43 units of scattered site transitional and permanent supportive housing. Homeless persons have access to Centerstone’s services including intensive case management, psychiatric care, employment assistance, and residential programs.
